We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: Â Â The position holder will provide essential administrative support to the Research Centre, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, managing documents and records, and supporting various research activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Grants Administration: Support the research team in grant management, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reporting requirements.
- Correspondence Management: Handle official communications, including drafting and responding to emails, letters, and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Job-related experience and knowledge:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
