Job Description/Requirements Location: Kungu, Kira Municipality, Wakiso District, Uganda Reports to: Executive Director About Partners for Healthy Individuals and Communities (PHIC) Partners for Healthy Individuals and Communities (PHIC) is an indigenous not-for-profit organization established in 2022, committed to addressing the health needs of the Ugandan population. Currently operating in the Wakiso District, PHIC collaborates with various stakeholders, including the Government of Uganda, public and private health facilities, Civil Society Organizations, the business community, academic institutions, and religious groups, to promote a healthier Uganda. PHIC-Uganda focuses on six key areas: Capacity Building, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Disease Control and Prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Improving Nutrition, and Medical Care for Vulnerable and Needy Individuals. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team full-time as an M&E Volunteer. Position Summary Key Competencies - Planning and Organizing

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement M&E frameworks and tools with guidance.
- Gather data through various methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess project impacts and outcomes.
- Regularly prepare M&E reports, summarizing results and offering actionable insights.
- Create visual representations (charts, graphs) to present data effectively.
- Document and share lessons learned and best practices from project activities.
- Develop case studies, success stories, and other materials for knowledge sharing.
- Disseminate M&E findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Train and support staff on M&E processes and tools.
- Assist in the implementation of all M&E activities.
- Maintain organized records and files of M&E documentation.
Qualifications and Personal Competencies - A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics & data management, social science, public health, development economics, or a related subject area).
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in monitoring and evaluation preferably in the non-profit sector
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel).
- Experience with data collection methods and M&E processes is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
