We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to strengthen our learning systems and ensure evidence-based decision-making across our programs. Responsibilities or duties:

• Data Collection, Management & Quality Assurance
• Monitoring, Reporting & Learning
• Evaluation & Research
• Technical & Capacity Support

Qualifications or requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.

Experience needed:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in M&E, preferably in enterprise development, livelihoods, or social innovation projects.

Any other provided details:

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to results and learning.
