This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data and analytical skills to support evidence-based decision making across our school network and system strengthening programmes. Your role Youâll support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems that track student outcomes, school performance, and the impact of our partnerships. From collecting and analysing data to training school staff on tools like SchoolTool+, youâll help ensure that our work is informed by reliable evidence and focused on driving real-world change. What weâre looking for Weâre looking for someone with at least two yearsâ experience in MEL, preferably in the education or NGO sector. Youâll have strong skills in data collection, analysis (including Excel and ideally R), and a passion for using data to improve outcomes for studentsâespecially the most marginalised. Experience working with ministries of education or managing MEL for donor-funded programmes is a plus.
