Duties and responsibilities · Oversee data collection and analysis, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate entry. · Manage and update beneficiary databases to reflect current program participation. · Compile and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders. · Participate in quarterly and annual review meetings to assess progress and inform planning. · Engage in field-level data collection activities for all project components. · Document stories of change and success to illustrate project outcomes and impact. · Perform additional duties as assigned by CBS PEWOSA senior management or Strømme Foundation staff. Qualifications Bachelors degree in management studies, statistics, economics, social sciences, demography, or a related field from a recognized university.
