Job Summary: Â Â This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist at Arcadia Suites Hotel in Kampala. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating and serving cocktails, coordinating with the restaurant servers team, ensuring quality customer service, manage bar operations, clean and organize the bar, inventory management, cash handling and payment processing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in mixology or bar tending
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Training skills for beverage preparation
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology and barista techniques
- Relevant certification or diploma in hospitality or culinary arts
