Mixologist job at Fontis Residences Hotel Ltd

Company Details : In a residential district, this upscale hotel is 1 km from Kampala National Theatre, 2 km from Kampala railway station and 3 km from Uganda Museum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails and other beverages
• Develop creative cocktail recipes and maintain high presentation standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages.
• Monitor bar stock, control portions and minimise wastage
• Promote beverage sales through upselling and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication, creativity and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of stock control and hygiene standards.
