The Company operates a 5,000-tonne-per-day concentrator, a 350-tonne-per-day cyanidation plant, a fully automated underground mine, and a gold smelting and refining workshop. To meet production development needs, WGG now invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following key technical positions: Responsibilities Responsible for training and teaching mineral processing theory and practice. Key Duties: - Prepare training courses in crushing and grinding, gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation;
- conduct classroom and onsite training;
- write training materials and examination questions;
- mentor Ugandan operators and shift supervisors.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in mineral processing; solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience; teaching ability; large concentrator (5,000 t/d) experience preferred.
