- Generate orders and ensure brand availability in sufficient quantities.
- Maintain share of shelf dominance (largest shelf space vs. competitors).
- Fight for product facings and block competitor encroachment.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising - Dust/clean products and shelves to maintain presentation standards.
- Ensure correct pricing tags (aligned with company RRP).
- Monitor company fridgesâreport misuse or competitor products.
- Place POS materials (posters, banners) for maximum visibility.
Stock & Expiry Management - Take daily stock counts using checklists.
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify deliveries.
- Check for short expiries and rotate stock to minimize waste.
Customer & Supplier Relations - Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and end-users.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report competitor activities (promotions, pricing) to management.
Reporting & Compliance - Submit daily reports with live route tracking.
- Uphold confidentiality of company data and strategies.
- Work until route completion (flexible hours based on coverage).
Requirements: Education & Experience - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, BBA, or related field.
- 2+ years in FMCG merchandising/sales (high-volume environment).
Key Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Physical stamina for extensive field movement.
- Independent worker with attention to detail.
Behavioral Competencies - Positive attitude under pressure.
- Professional appearance and body language.
- Integrity: No misuse of company assets/confidential data.
Work Conditions: - Field-based role with daily travel.
