Key Responsibilities & Role Scope - Medical Inquiry Management: Respond accurately and professionally to technical inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, usage guidelines, dosage, and side effects.
- Advisory & Communication: Provide evidence-based medical information to healthcare professionals, clients, and patients.
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Record, maintain, and report all customer interactions, product feedback, and adverse event reports in strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements - Educational Background: Diploma in Pharmacy, a related medical science discipline, or its recognized equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of practical experience in a clinical, retail, or corporate pharmaceutical setting.
- Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and accurate medical knowledge.
- Diploma in Pharmacy, a related medical course, or its equivalent.
