MEDICAL OFFICER ROLE SUMMARY The Medical Officer will provide quality clinical care, promote preventive health services and contribute to improved health outcomes for our patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide outpatient, inpatient and emergency medical services.
- Diagnose, treat and manage patients according to established protocols.
- Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Promote health education and community outreach.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - MBChB or equivalent qualification recognized by the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council.
- Valid practicing license.
- Registration with the relevant professional body.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
