- Participate in patient pharmacokinetic (PK) evaluations
- Ensure coverage and assist in daily operations in the clinic during working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Participate in regular team meetings, and training sessions.
- Support participant retention strategies through community engagement activities
- Document deviations, adverse events, and corrective actions
Qualifications: BACHELORS : MBCHB - Mandatory Certifications: GCP - Added Advantage Skill & Experience: - Strong competency in pediatric clinical assessment and management - Mandatory
- Understanding of clinical research principles and protocol adherence - Added Advantage
- Experience with clinical documentation and case report forms (CRFs) - Added Advantage
- Knowledge of informed consent/assent processes in pediatric research - Added Advantage
- Strong communication skills with children and caregivers - Mandatory
