- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Implement quality assurance and safety measures in compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or trainees.
Qualifications & Requirements: Academic: - Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or equivalent.
- Must be registered with UAHPC and hold a valid practicing license.
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable medical institution.
Skills & Competencies: - Strong planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and people management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and laboratory safety protocols.
- Basic ICT skills for data management and reporting.
