Responsibilities - Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens (blood, urine, sputum, stool, tissue).
- Perform routine laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and parasitology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, analyzers, and centrifuges.
- Prepare reagents, stains, and culture media for diagnostic procedures.
- Record and report test results accurately to requesting clinicians.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials and biohazardous waste.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to strict quality control and biosafety protocols at all times.
