About US:

City Medicals and City Ambulance specialize in Emergency Medicine, Travel Medicine and Occupational Health. City Ambulance is a highly specialized Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider that offers prompt, professional and affordable, basic and advanced life support services. First incorporated in Uganda in 2012, the City Ambulance brand has expanded across the East African region with presence in Uganda and Tanzania.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Medical Dispatcher to join our team. The Medical Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving and coordinating ambulance calls, as well as overseeing pre-hospital care operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely response and effective communication during emergency situations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelors of Nursing and/or Public Health.
Qualification in Project Planning and Management is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating, directing and overseeing medical operations.
Call center experience is desirable.
