Media Analyst job at Reelanalytics

We're looking for a skilled Media Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kampala, Uganda.

As a Media Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Converting text and audio recordings between languages.
• Ensuring translations maintain the original meaning and tone.
• Proofreading content for grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
• Cross-referencing dictionaries and translation tools for quality assurance.
• Editing content while preserving original formatting.

If you meet the following, we'd love to hear from you:

• Minimum of a Diploma from a recognised Institution.
• A bias in journalism or mass communication will be a significant advantage.
• Good grammar and recommendable sentence structure are essential.
• Proven work experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role.
• Good computer literacy skills.
• Mandatory knowledge of English, Luganda, and Lusoga.
• Knowledge of any other dialect will be an added advantage.
• Mandatory knowledge of English, Luganda, Lusoga, and Luo. Knowledge of any dialect will be an added advantage.
