The plant will convert waste tyres and plastics into pyrolysis oil and other sustainable fuels, contributing to industrial energy solutions and circular economy development. We invite applications from highly competent, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals to fill the following positions: Job Summary: The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the reliability of all mechanical equipment and systems within the plant to support uninterrupted operations. Key Result Areas: - Preventive maintenance activities are executed in accordance with approved schedules and standards.
- Mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns are promptly diagnosed and repaired.
- Equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs are carried out effectively to ensure optimal performance.
- Shutdown and maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.
- Spare parts usage and maintenance records are accurately maintained.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a relevant craft certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of four (4) yearsâ experience in industrial mechanical maintenance is required. Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repairs are essential. - Preventive maintenance activities are executed in accordance with approved schedules and standards.
