This role ensures that every output is accurately measured, analysed, and leveraged to adaptively improve project implementation quality. Key Responsibilities - Implement the consortium-approved PlayMatters 3.0 MEAL toolkit, keeping log-frames, indicator tracking tables, and data flow processes up to date
- Conduct field-monitoring visits to track target indicators and lead baseline, midline, and endline data collection using KoboToolbox, ODK, or CommCare
- Spot-check school attendance registers, training logs, and distribution lists to guarantee high data integrity
- Set up and manage Community Feedback and Response Mechanisms (CFRM) in schools and settlements to capture and resolve project-related community feedback
- Facilitate quarterly reflection meetings and document case studies, success stories, and lessons learned to support impact evaluations
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Demography, Social Research Methods, or Project Monitoring & Evaluation
- Minimum 3 years of MEAL experience working with international or national NGOs in humanitarian settings, preferably managing education-sector datasets
- Proficient in mobile data collection setup and data analysis packages (SPSS, STATA, or advanced MS Excel)
- Strong analytical writing skills
- Experience working with partners in consortium including refugee-led organisations
