The role focuses on strengthening the capacity of health workers and systems to deliver respectful, timely, and skilled care across pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. This includes technical mentorship, systems support, and collaboration with health facilities, district health teams, and the Ministry of Health. ABOUT YOU - Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Midwifery, Medicine, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in maternal health (antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal care)
- Experience in health worker training and mentorship
- Strong knowledge of Ugandaâs national maternal and newborn health strategies
