The Company operates a 5,000-tonne-per-day concentrator, a 350-tonne-per-day cyanidation plant, a fully automated underground mine, and a gold smelting and refining workshop. To meet production development needs, WGG now invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following key technical positions: Job Summary Responsible for full-process production technical management and process optimization at the concentrator. Key Duties - Manage the full process of crushing, grinding, separation and dewatering;
- optimize process parameters and throughput;
- implement technical upgrades;
- organise production plans;
- resolve technical issues;
- manage production teams.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in mineral processing/materials engineering,
- 5+ years of concentrator production technical management,
- familiar with the full crushing, grinding and separation process;
- technical management and team coordination ability,
- experience with large concentrators (5,000 t/d+) preferred.
