MARKETING OFFICER

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Track performance and report insights.
• Drive promotions, partnerships & brand growth.
• Following up with clients & customers
• Checking products in supermarkets and ensuring proper display of stock
• Visiting outlets and monitoring sales
• Supporting and coordinating activations
• Reporting market feedback and customer issues
• Following up on deliveries and orders

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience
• (FMCG, food, retail or consumer brands is a plus).
• Strong digital & social media marketing skills.
• Campaign planning & execution experience.
• Excellent communication & creative thinking.
• Strong analytical & organisational skills.
• A marketing proposal showcasing your approach and ideas for growing Masheda Foods.

NICE TO HAVE

• FMCG or food industry experience.
• Paid advertising experience.
• Influencer & partnership experience.
• Knowledge of the Ugandan consumer market.
• Content creation (photo/video) experience.
