As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote SurePay's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement within the fintech industry. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:Â
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve company objectives.Â
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign goals.Â
Digital Marketing and Content Creation: - Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.Â
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and marketing collateral.Â
- Brand Management and Positioning:Â
- Maintain and enhance SurePay's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.Â
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.Â
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: - Drive lead-generation activities through targeted campaigns and initiatives. o Nurture leads through the marketing funnel to conversion, collaborating closely with sales teams.Â
Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.Â
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve ROI.Â
Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.Â
- Communicate marketing plans, initiatives, and results to management and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. ? Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.Â
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. ? Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).Â
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:Â
- Experience in fintech or payment solutions marketing.Â
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services marketing. ? Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.Â
