Marketing Head job at GWS Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio in the Uganda market.
• Lead and manage the marketing team.
• Plan and implement product launches and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors and retail partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve brand awareness, market share and sales targets.

Requirements

• 4 – 6 years of relevant marketing experience in the Uganda market (pharmaceuticals / nutraceuticals / healthcare).
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Good understanding of the local healthcare market and distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel across Uganda.
• Indian national preferred.
