Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Executives to join our team at Placement Solutions, a leading supplier of fiberglass products. The successful candidates will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
4. Create engaging content (blog posts, articles, case studies, etc.) to showcase the company’s expertise and products.
5. Participate in trade show appearances, product launches, and other marketing events.
6. Foster relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.

Requirements:
1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns is desirable
4. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
7. Knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media management).
8. Familiarity with fiberglass products and the industrial manufacturing sector (desirable).
