Job Title: Â Market and Sales Lead Organisation: Kipekee Solutions Duty Station: Manyagwa, Gayaza, Uganda About Organisation: Kipekee Solutions Limited a company located in Gayaza Manyangwa Wakiso, that specializes in blending herbal teas from herbs, fruits and spices in a bid to grow its brand Pumzi teas. Job Summary: Â Â It seeks to hire a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full time job and the Market and sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends and promoting Pumzi tea products effectively. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for the brands in the Ugandan market to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets.
- Recommend and deliver a rolling?12-month?calendar?for the regional markets.
- Works closely with management to ensure clear alignment on the Brand Architecture, Positioning and local and global growth strategies.
- Identify new volume and profit growth areas across the full Portfolio by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts for example Revenue Growth Management and strong analytics.
- Partners with suppliers, farmers and organized groups among other stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive System value/business objectives.
- Analyze and provide strategic direction on the business Profit & Loss with a point of view on value chain optimization, in partnership with the Finance functions.
- Drives commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives.
- Provides leadership, clear direction and prioritization to the sales, production and operations teams to achieve the business goals.
- Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, licensed or specialty merchandise, etc.).
- Plan and oversee execution of all multi-channel brand campaigns, from new product launches to sustainability initiatives to tactical sales driving activity.
- Manage all in messaging from Points of Sales, to internal and external artwork
- Think customer first, acting as guardian to the customer journey both on and offline and ensure it is always optimized and on brand
- Report monthly on customer service scores via Feed it Back including commentary and actionable recommendations for improvements
- Report annually on our customer profile status
- Art direct all brand photography
- Ensure website and digital platforms are always up to date
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management, website, social media platforms and online ordering platforms

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Sales strategy development, marketing campaign management, customer relationship management skills
- Market analysis and Promotion skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- A minimum of 02 years working experience in a similar role, experience in the beverage or food industry is an added advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
