JOB DETAILS: Job Summary To deliver revenue, retention and cross sell budgets across all assigned product lines for the Telesales & Retention unit ensuring consistent high level team productivity Business • Deliver your revenue target • Ensure Portfolio coverage by all team members • Manage outbound activities for all agents in the team • Ensure delivery of targets for all retail product lines as required by the business • Manage costs within agreed limits Key Responsibilities Processes • Ensure quality service delivery during outbound activities within the stipulated processes and governance People & Talent • Perform coaching to deliver improve agent performance Governance • Ensure compliance to all V&V governance requirements Skills and Experience Regulatory & Business Conduct • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
