Job Description
• Develop and execute on a business plan for the branch in line with the local market opportunity targeted toward mining identified ecosystems
Deliver a consistent high-quality service to all customers by effectively managing all available resources (employees, systems and processes)
Accountable for the day-to-day management of all the branch operations

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration/commerce
Experience Required
Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
Former branch experience in branch processes, products and systems. Experience in the application of coaching techniques would be beneficial, as part of having led a team.
