- Identify M&E training needs for the team and collaborate with HR to plan and implement relevant trainings.
- Coach, train, and monitor M&E Coordinator and officers to strengthen their technical capacity and provide professional development guidance.
- Manage evaluation processes, including liaising with external stakeholders, creating terms of reference, and ensuring baseline studies are conducted and stored.
- Design and implement a system to document and disseminate lessons learned from program activities, ensuring they inform new project development.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in an M&E management role.
- Bachelorâs degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Economics, Population Studies, Economic Policy, or Social Sciences.
- Postgraduate training in M&E is an added advantage.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from initiation to closeout.
