LUBRICANTS & SERVICE ATTENDANT

Elysian Strategic Solutions Limited is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Logistics and Spare Parts sector for a reliable and customer-focused Lubricants & Service Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing lubricants, supporting basic service operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring excellent customer service within the workshop environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispense engine oils, lubricants, and related service products to customers and technicians.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of lubricant stock and usage.
• Support routine service activities within the workshop.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of all lubricants and chemicals.
• Assist in receiving and verifying deliveries of lubricants and related products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dispensing area.
• Provide basic customer guidance on lubricant selection and usage.
• Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and replenishment needs to management.
• Support sales tracking of lubricants and related service products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Studies, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Previous experience in a workshop, fuel station, service bay, or similar environment is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of lubricants, oils, and vehicle service operations.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and reliability.
