The role focuses on doubling LPG business performance through aggressive market expansion and customer engagement. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and grow LPG sales within assigned territories.
- Recruit and activate new LPG retailers and HORECA outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and end customers.
- Conduct market activations, promotions, and branding activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure availability and visibility of LPG products at all sales points.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train resellers and customers in safe LPG handling and product benefits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Identify new business opportunities for LPG growth in institutions, independent stations HORECAs, and SME sectors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG, LPG, fuel, or lubricant sales is an added advantage.
- 3 Years
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of Kampala and upcountry markets.
- Valid riding permit or driving licenses are an added advantage.
