JOB DETAILS: Job Purpose As a Lottery Field Agent /Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling lottery tickets and gaming products to potential customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute sales strategies and reach sales targets. Responsibilities • Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell lottery tickets and gaming products. • Educate customers about different lottery games, prizes, and promotions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. • Keep up-to-date with all lottery regulations, games, and policies. • Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner. • Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Person Specification Education, Training, Skills & Experience Qualifications, Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or any other related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • At least two years of experience in Sales and Distribution in a service industry. • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of lottery games and the gaming industry will be an added advantage. • Possession of a valid driver’s license with driving experience of at least 1 year with ability to drive a manual vehicle. • Must be able to speak the location local language Instructions to application Candidates should • Possess of a valid driver’s license and share is as a support document to application. • Ability to drive a manual vehicle. • Must be able to speak the location local language. • Put in the subject the location they are applying for (Gulu or Mbarara) Work Hours: 8 Experience in Months: 24 Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
