DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Contact clients to request all required documents for logbook transfer and initiate the process for those who meet the criteria.
- Receive, stamp, and sign transfer forms or related documents from dealers for motorbike logbook transfers.
- Register a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for clients who do not have one, as it is a requirement for logbook transfer.
- Verify that each printed transfer document includes all required pages, correct TIN, accurate client National ID, and correct details in the cover letter.
- Prepare and submit logbook transfer applications online.
- Scan and upload soft copies of transferred logbook documents and update the ERP system accordingly.
- Update the system once physical forms are submitted to the Ministry of Works and Transport or Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).
- Monitor the URA portal for the status of submitted cases and update the ERP system as needed.
- Perform assigned administrative tasks as required.
- Submit physical transfer documents to the URA or Ministry of Works and Transport and follow up to ensure logbooks are transferred to clientsâ names.
- Review, stamp, and sign printed transfer forms before submission to the Ministry of Works and Transport.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Minimum of a bachelorâs degree in any field.
- 1â2 years of experience in a call center role or logbook transfer processes.
SKILLS REQUIRED - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle, preferably with a valid riderâs permit.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
