The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, effective team leadership, and operational excellence across all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Manage and mentor department heads
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in lodge management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for hospitality and sustainable tourism
- Knowledge of reservations systems and basic accounting
- Willingness to live and work in a remote location
