RESPONSIBILITES - Be familiar with and apply the core values, policies and procedures of the Company.
- To attend all Safety, pre-shift meetings and tool box talks as required.
- To undertake all training which is provided by the Company and to fulfil competency assessments as required.
- To be part of the Emergency Response Team.
- Manage the lifting team, verify personnel qualifications, and issue work instructions.
- Develop a lifting plan and supervise the lifting operation to ensure safety policies of the Company are adhered to at all times.
- Responsible for â6Sâ management at the well site.
- Monitor compliance with cargo manifest and report discrepancies to the Tool Pusher for investigation.
- Communicate lifting operations to the Client representative.
- Have the right to stop any unsafe lifting operation.
- Report to the Rig Superintendent and the HSE department all incidents and hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS - A bachelors degree is preferred
- At least 2 years crane operation experience.
- 4 years oilfield experience
- Be familiar with and apply the core values, policies and procedures of the Company.
