- Ensure compliance with NDA regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
- Supervise and support Laboratory Leads at hub level
- Improve turnaround times, service reliability, and utilisation
- Identify opportunities to expand test offerings and grow laboratory revenue
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Technology
- Valid professional practicing license
- Minimum 3 years' laboratory experience (multi-site or supervisory exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance
