Key Responsibilities - Collect, prepare, and process laboratory specimens.
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and tests.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and workstations.
- Record and report laboratory findings accurately.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and biosafety protocols.
- Manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Support quality assurance activities within the laboratory.
Requirements - Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid professional registration and practicing license where required.
- Experience in a healthcare laboratory is an added advantage.
- Good technical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
