The successful candidates will collect and process biological specimens, perform point-of-care diagnostic tests, maintain sample integrity, document laboratory results, and support the proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. The role requires adherence to laboratory SOPs, biosafety and infection-prevention procedures, quality requirements, waste-management guidelines, and appropriate management of laboratory supplies and RHSP assets. Candidates must hold a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology, be registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council with a valid Annual Practicing Licence, and have at least one year of experience in a medical or research laboratory. The position also requires willingness to travel and work in rural settings.
