Job Summary To ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas remain clean, sanitized, and organized. Key Responsibilities - Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain sanitation standards.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean kitchen floors and workstations.
- Store cleaned utensils properly.
- Support kitchen hygiene compliance.
Qualifications - KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Good physical stamina.
