• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, and storage areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO).
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with hygiene protocols.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting faults to supervisors.
• Stock and organize supplies, including dry goods, refrigerated items, and cleaning materials.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service hours and special events.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision when required.
• Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
• Reliable, hardworking team players with a good attitude.
