Key Responsibilities
· Selling the product of KACE(Kumi Area Cooperative Enterprise Ltd.), Cassava Flour to the customers and buyers
· Coordinate and support Rural Producer Organizations (RPOs) to ensure consistent supply and product quality for cassava flour and chips.
· Develop and implement sales strategies targeting both local and international B2B buyers.
· Identify and establish new sales channels through partnerships with supermarkets, processors, and development agencies.
· Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, including with institutional and export customers.
· Educate and engage RPO leaders on market requirements, pricing, and post-harvest practices to align supply with demand.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align sales plans with production, processing, and logistics capacities.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt pricing and positioning strategies.
· Lead buyer engagement through planning and participating in meetings, trade shows, and field visits domestically and internationally.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and distribution of agricultural food products—especially processed crops like cassava flour, chips, or grains.
- Experience in unrelated sectors is not applicable.
- Candidates with over 7 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
