Key Responsibilities - Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets and service requests.
- Perform routine system checks and report anomalies to senior staff.
- Support the IT team in data entry, documentation, and inventory management.
- Participate in basic network administration and cybersecurity tasks.
- Assist with backup and recovery processes.
Requirements - A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic coding or scripting (e.g., Python, HTML, JavaScript).
