No. of Vacancies 1 Specific Skills Qualifications for IT team leader Leadership & Education: BS/MS in Computer Science (or 7 + yearsâ experience) with proven success leading teams of 5+ engineers. Virtualization Mastery: Experience with Proxmox VE, KVM management and cluster configuration Advanced Networking: Knowledge in Routing & Switching (OSPF/BGP/PBR), Site-to-Site VPNs, and SD-WAN for multi-ISP/multi-site failover. Hybrid Cloud Administration: Management of Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID). Systems & Automation: Proficiency in Linux/Windows OS and scripting via Python, Shell, Ruby, or Perl. Cybersecurity Operations: Deployment and tuning of Wazuh (SIEM/XDR) for threat detection, FIM, and vulnerability assessments. Unified Communications (VoIP): Administration of cloud and on-premises telephony, specifically 3CX and 8Ã8. Responsible For Responsibilities for IT team leader - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for a team of engineers across monitoring, infrastructure, and deployment pipeline automation
- Lead Linux system administration including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and patch management across server environments
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues spanning DNS, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and LAN/WAN configurations
- Manage on-call rotations and escalation procedures to sustain a 24Ã7Ã365 production environment with minimal downtime
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and self-service tooling to reduce toil and increase operational efficiency
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline design, release management, and environment consistency across development, staging, and production
- Support team membersâ personal and career growth through active coaching, mentoring, regular 1:1s, and skill-aligned opportunities
- Champion DevOps and SRE best practices including infrastructure-as-code, observability, and blameless incident post-mortems
