- Design modern ICT solutions aligned with industry trends.
- Maintain systems infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies and troubleshoot network issues.
- Provide first-line IT support, document incidents, and track resolutions.
- Collaborate with users to assess application enhancements.
- Manage external suppliers and ICT training programs.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in a reputable organization.
- Industry certification (CISCO, Microsoft, or Oracle).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
