KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide Technical Support â Deliver first line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ICT equipment and digital learning tools.
- Manage Network & Systems â Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, system updates, and data backups.
- Support ICT in Education â Ensure computer labs, e-learning platforms, and digital examinations run smoothly.
- Ensure Data Security â Manage user accounts, enforce cybersecurity measures, and uphold data protection standards.
- Oversee ICT Assets & Reporting â Maintain asset records, track equipment, document support activities, and prepare ICT reports.
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelorâs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches, wireless networks).
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server management.
- Familiarity with school management systems or learning management systems is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 yearsâ experience in IT support, preferably in an educational institution.
