Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the transport app to ensure seamless functionality for riders and customers.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to riders and app users.
- Coordinate with developers to implement updates, fixes, and feature improvements.
- Oversee rider accounts, ensuring proper registration, authentication, and data security.
- Provide training and technical guidance to riders on using the app effectively.
- Manage app data, generate performance reports, and analyze usage trends for optimization.
- Ensure IT compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience managing apps or IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mobile app platforms and user management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
