Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for Temenos (T24) and related banking channels.
- Lead IT service operations, including incident and change management.
- Manage EOD/EOM/EOY processing and system parameterization.
- Collaborate with business units for new product setups and requirements.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.
- 3+ years experience in middle management and 3+ years in technical support/DBA.
- Proficiency in Oracle, MS-SQL, Java, and C#.
- Strong understanding of API Banking and Unix/Linux systems.
- Provide technical support for Temenos (T24) and related banking channels.
