KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and manage IT operations across head office and branches
- Develop IT plans, budgets, policies, and service standards
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT system performance
- Manage third-party payment integrations, including MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, banks, Interswitch, and other payment gateways
- Oversee APl integration, authentication, callback handling, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution
- Support system implementation, upgrades, testing, and go-live processes
- Manage IT security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Supervise IT support, user training, and troubleshooting activities
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in IT and 2 years in system payments
- Experience in payment systems integration, telecom, fintech, or digital service platforms is a strong advantage
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS, or similar will be an added advantage
