Reports to Assistant Manager – Business Technology Services Key Focus Office 365 & Azure administration, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN), system security, cloud and on-prem support, contact centre systems, and vendor management. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Microsoft certification preferred
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP or related certifications are an added advantage
- 3-4 years' experience in systems administration, network security, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
