Key Duties and Responsibilities - Information Technology Management
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, servers, CCTV systems and network
- Provide first-line ICT support to all staff and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Administer company email accounts, user access and system
- Manage internet connectivity and ensure maximum system
- Implement cybersecurity measures, antivirus protection and data backup
- Maintain ICT asset inventory and recommend equipment replacement and
- Coordinate with external ICT service providers where
- Support implementation and maintenance of HRIS, ERP and other business
2. Digital Marketing - Develop and implement the TMHS digital marketing
- Manage the company website and ensure content is current and
- Create and publish content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube).
- Design digital marketing campaigns to promote TMHS
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners and
- Optimize website content using Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Monitor website traffic and social media
- Generate quality leads through digital
3. Brand Management - Ensure consistent corporate branding across all digital
- Protect and enhance the TMHS corporate
- Coordinate photography, videography and promotional
- Support corporate events and exhibitions through digital
4. Data Management and Reporting - Prepare monthly ICT and digital marketing
- Track key website and social media performance
- Maintain accurate ICT documentation and user

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Digital Marketing are an added
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), Google Digital Marketing, Meta Digital Marketing, CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ are desirable.
Experience - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT support and digital
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms and digital
- Experience with Microsoft 365, networking, hardware maintenance and
- Experience using graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
