Invitation to Bids tender at Lubiri Secondary School

Lubiri Secondary School has allocated funds within its annual budget for the Calendar Year 2027 and 2028 to be used for the acquisition of Supplies and Services.
Lubiri Secondary School invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified firms and sole proprietors to submit bids for the supply of Supplies and Services under Framework Contracts for the period 1/01/2027 to 4/12/2028 in the categories described below.

CATEGORY A: SUPPLIES

1. Supply of Food Items (Maize Flour Grade 1, Nambale Beans, Rice (SWT), Sugar, Salt, Cooking Oil)
2. Supply of Students uniforms and Staff Corporate wear
3. Supply of Printed Stationery.
4. Supply of Assorted Stationery.
5. Supply of Science Standard Reference Textbooks (all subjects)
6. Supply of Laboratory Equipment and Chemicals.
7. Supply of Computers and Computer Accessories.
8. Supply of Cleaning Materials.
9. Supply of Medical Drugs.
10. Supply of Reams of Paper (Photocopying, Ruled, Graph)
11. Supply of Students Exercise Books (4 Quire Counter books)

CATEGORY B: SERVICES

1. Cesspool Emptying Services.
2. Garbage Collection services.
3. Compound Slashing Services.
4. Cleaning Services.
5. Computer Repair and Maintenance Services.
6. Photography Services.
7. Supply, Servicing and Refilling of Fire Extinguishers.
8. Students Medical Checkups.

The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Act and Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at Lubiri Secondary School during official working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The bidding document is in English and may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Shillings only to only Stanbic Bank (9030003858527) designated bank account. Bidders shall present a bank payment slip to obtain an official receipt from the Bursar's Office before collecting the bidding documents.
